			<description><![CDATA[<div id="imBlogPost_38z43jjh"><blockquote><span class="cf1">We have worked with Coleg Cambria for many years, previously fitting out their Deeside campus so we were delighted when they asked us to design booths for their new welding facility at the Llysfasi campus.</span><div><br></div><div><span class="cf1">We designed, manufactured and installed ten <a href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/acousto-booths.html" target="_blank" class="imCssLink">Acousto Welding Booths</a> and one <a href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/grinding-bays.html" target="_blank" class="imCssLink">Grinding Bay</a> complete with full Nederman Extraction System, we also kitted them out with our <a href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/grinding-tables.html" target="_blank" class="imCssLink">Down-draft Grinding Table</a> and Training Column Tables. Each welding bay features a viewing window, sliding curtain strip entrance and special brackets for mounting and locking welding machine sets on to the walls.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span class="cf1">To complete the job, we also supplied their MMA Welding Inverters, MIG Welding Machines and a Plasma Cutting Machine.</span></div></blockquote></div>]]></description>

Not only was it one of the largest installations we had completed, but it had to be manufactured within a tight deadline. The job consisted of 16 large <a href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/acousto-booths.html" target="_blank" class="imCssLink">Acousto booths</a> designed to include viewing windows and swing arm entrances, we also installed additional separation areas to aid in noise reduction.</span><div><br></div><div><span class="cf1">Since this original installation we have completed another two Acousto orders for SB Components.</span></div></blockquote></div>]]></description>

For this bespoke design, we had to take into consideration the limited height and ensure we made the best use of the space available. Utilising the space availlable we manufactured double welding booths complete with two viewing windows to the front with sliding track entrances. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span class="fs13.3333 cf1">To ensure the college had everything that they needed for this installation we worked closely with Nederman, who provided them with the appropriate LEV requirements. We also installed two of our downdraft tables and a hand flame cutting table, designed specifically for them.</span></div></blockquote></blockquote></blockquote></div>]]></description>

Each dividing panel also featured a viewing window. </span><span class="cf1">The bay entrances comprised of sliding curtain strips which were cut to their specified length, viewing windows are in the centre of each span.</span></span></div></blockquote><blockquote><div><br></div></blockquote><blockquote><div><span class="fs13 cf1">The finishing touch to this job, a selection of <a href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/grinding-tables.html" target="_blank" class="imCssLink">Weld Safe Downdraft Benches</a> were manufactured and installed in each bay.</span></div></blockquote></blockquote></div>]]></description>
